Tournament error messages

When I open the opponents file to view the replay I get 3 error messages:

Scenario OOB file has been altered
Scenario pdt file has been altered
Nation dat file has been altered

Is this a problem?

Have you installed any third party graphics? That will cause the message but it does hurt anything, everything works just fine.
