How to get Matrix version of CS?

Okay, it's been a long time since I played on the ladder and now I hear you're using the Matrix version. Can someone tell me how it is different and how to get it? Thanks.

Thanks Jason. Looks like the CD is no longer needed either. That is a welcome change.
