The first results are back and it is Hog of War as the US over Ed as the NVA. With one turn left it also looks like Charlie-66 over the Ghost Player.

Majog, how are you going to get a tournament winner in round 4 from the 3 (or 4) players that qualified?

The winners of this round will all progress to the next. As there will be three a ghost player will be used. The remaining 2 will go to the final round and a secret scn that has not yet be published.
