problem report battle

I wanted to report a battle from Waterloo, the battle at ligny historical, but couldn't find it between the scenario's listed.
Do i have to contact someone to add it to the scenario list?

You can add it by yourself,

Go to Scenarios secction then choose Add Scenario info to DB and follow instructions.

P.S First check what info DB wants, then be sure to fill all fields
