It seems to me this downloads version 6.0, then you need to apply several patches to this version:

but please double check.

This was the free version. The full version is available from their store, that might need patching as well.

I would seriously consider buying the games. The purchased versions includes many features that are not included with the free download editions, including a higher resolution.
