Ah "Fred". That persona no longer exists. Somebody that suffered from multiple personality syndrome sadly. After exposure at the NWC he now goes by the single persona of Gary Whalen. I'd sign the game off as a major victory and move on.

Under rule #9 you can claim your win after three weeks of no file return and i suggest not playing anyone who goes MIA on you again. ;)
