I need to change my Ladder status from
Inactive to Active. I am pretty sure I can't do that. Can the Ladder Moderator please help me or can someone direct me to the right place?

You just need to report a game and you will become active again - your records are always there, you just become inactive with no games reported. Basically, if you report games you are activated.
