Any reason why these units do not set off water obstacles?

My guess is that the code either:
a) only checks for unit type 4096, or
b) checks for the 4096 bit of the unit type, which is not set for the LVTs nor DUKWs

A simple test would be to change the unit type of the LVTs from 176 ro 4272
