Opponent for Waterloo Challenge

Bonjour Mis Ami,

        I am looking for an experienced Allied opponent for a revised full Waterloo campaign scenario ( #007). THe revised scenario features delayed entries and releases for all 3 armies based on historical research. The scenario has been play tested to 200+turns.
