Yes, you need to add them. The updated OOB’s will be in the 4.01 patch.

Hi Jonny - Thanks for your comments. I am very new to the series, and I am still figuring a few things out. I have played a few of the smaller Minsk scenarios against the AI and have really enjoyed them.
