France'40 campaing opponent needed

I'm searching opponent or opponents for the:

0510_01: Fall Gelb/Strategical Options/no fix scenario of France'40.

I will play my side alone but in front of me can be one or more players.
I already played the first quarter of this campaing on allied side so i'm a bit experienced on it.
I'm searching opponent/opponents with some experience and a good turn rate.
I can play allied or axis side, up to you.

I would like to play it with the fallowing rules :

Artillery setup
recon spotting
VST
Low visibility air effects
Quality fatigue modifier
counter-battery fire
Night fatigue
limited air recon
Delayed Disruption Reporting
