SDC Early American Wars Series' relaunch

As some might know, awhile ago I changed the look and feel of Scenario Design Center around a bit, and have been gradually updating page material to meet the new standard set by the site's homepage.

To that end, I have completed the EAW series pages along with adding in a few new maps, and have now made them available.
