How to create survey

I was wondering how one creates a survey or one can vote in surveys already posted?

I went to control panel/survey, but that provided no option.

Do you mean a survey as set out in the #2 Help Guide in the Announcement area at the top of every page?

or do you mean a "Poll"? That is at the bottom of the page when you post a new thread. The survey form that contains some personal info is on the Control Panel, under Blitz........
