RE: Them darn Aussies.
What...?!?

Weren't there any Tank-hunter teams with Molotov's and cover-arcs hidden in the scattered-trees...?

Time to up-armor the local sheriff...

Cheers,
Ken

There are rumours of a few SRAAWs floating around in Sydney :smg:.

:hissy: Maybe he wasn't happy with his coverage.

RE: Them darn Aussies.
Back when i was a young officer cadet in the NZ army i was stationed in Waioru. One night back in either 1996-97 the Queen Alexander Mounted Rifles (QAMR) New Zealands version of an armoured unit had there birthday party. Sometime after midnight me and my mates were woken up by what we thought was a police chase as it speed through the base.

We got out of bed to look and to our surprise it was a chase. The MP's and the local constables were chasing a QAMR soldier who had, had too many to drink and decieded it would be a good idea to take a M-113 for a drive.

He took it through the base out onto the main highway and back into the base. Then speed off into the training area where they found him later in the morning.

Tried finding an article on it but couldn't find one.

The poor guy was court martialed. But before hand we watched him as he was double timed around to meals with his pack on his back. Supposidley full of books.
