Revised OOB's for Kiev '43 (beta) - Strela - 05-24-2021 Hi All, There have been a number of inconsistencies identified in the Kiev '43 OOB's these were primarily with the infantry values and impacted both sides. Though mainly minor in nature, we wanted to share these with a wider audience before we officially release them in a patch. These new OOB's will work in new and ongoing games automatically.
