CMBB on GOG - kineas - 06-08-2019

CMBB is available on GOG. DRM free, works on modern hardware (at least on my Win 7 laptop...). I guess it includes the 'Vista patch', everything seems to work fine. Even the fog is ok.

RE: CMBB on GOG - OWL - 06-10-2019

By far best game ever!

RE: CMBB on GOG - Down N Out - 06-10-2019

I agree.

RE: CMBB on GOG - Bloody Bill - 06-13-2019

Is there a way to make the game look good on a 1920x 1080 monitor?

RE: CMBB on GOG - Down N Out - 06-14-2019

I think that you will have to be a little more clear on what you mean by look good. You have to remember that these games are older and do not support the higher resolutions.

RE: CMBB on GOG - Bloody Bill - 06-14-2019

Yea sorry. What I meant was to play full screen on the 1920 X 1080. I got it to work and it looks just fine. It plays great. I have only played the newer Combat Mission games but this one is a lot of fun.

Great to hear that you got it working for you. Maybe let us know how you did it and it might be a help to the next guy.

I think i can help with getting it to go full screen.

There's a utility in the install folder called dxcfg, start that and it gives you video options. Here's my settings, i used it for both CMBB and CMAK.

Yes using dxcfg is how I got it to work. It is very easy to use and works great.
