How to create OOB for FWWC - lerugray - 12-17-2016 Hello! I'm interesting in modifying the OOB for F14 to mess around with some ideas of mine. Is there any documentation as to how to construct an OOB for FWWC? Can't seem to find anything relevant to the oob in the file folder.

I was using the S41 pcoob.exe and I could only add german or russian units. I'll try again, can you add units from 1914 to an oob?
