Panzer Korps - RedDevil - 04-07-2016

Anyone here try this series by Slitherine?

I'm currently playtesting US corps now and would love to hook up for an online match to test out.

That one doesn't really turn my fancy, but the Brother Against Brother looks good but I think there is no AI play which sucks if I am correct.

Yeh the korps is very much like Panzer General of the old SSI company. I really have a heart for it as it was still the 1st game to ever have online player V player games in the old Club SSI where some friends and I founded the TEAM PUY gang.
It takes a bit to like the style and learn the system, the AI is still rather weak IMHO and nothing beats tangling with another player.. no matter the game system really, but as you said, if it's not interesting in the 1st 30 minutes of playing, then it's not worth wasting time with so many other types and styles of games out there that do entertain.

PzG is what it looks like to me too, or the CS games. I have one of those that I bought, installed, played for about 20 minutes and have never played again.

kinda like diet coke.. it's an acquired taste to like the PG game system :)
