Operation "Reach Out" - Kool Kat - 03-01-2012 Operation "Reach Out" needs your help!  Please look at your completed game roster and note any opponents who have been inactive on the CS ladder. Send each inactive player a short PM. Ask them how they are doing and invite them to become active again on the CS ladder!
