Tournament interest - Weasel - 02-21-2012 Just a quick poll to see if we would have interest in a tournament. I have not started working on it yet so it would be a few months away, but would be something like the war of 1812 set in 2012. I do know that each player would have to be able to play 2-3 turns per week without fail, and with no extensions provided so if you are the cause of your opponent not finishing the game then you suffer the loss no matter how the fight was going. RE: Tournament interest - Walrus - 02-22-2012 I have not played in months due to real life, but I would sign up for this. Cheers bro! RE: Tournament interest - Weasel - 02-23-2012 New players are welcome also, too often I hear new members say they are not good enough, the tournament is for fun so if you want to play you can. For those who don't fancy this tourny, are you more interested in a ww2 tourny or mbt but not this setting? RE: Tournament interest - Leo - 02-23-2012 I'm interested a ww2 tourny RE: Tournament interest - Weasel - 02-23-2012 (02-23-2012, 05:52 AM)Leo Wrote: I'm interested a ww2 tourny Ok, thanks. All of this is just in the brain storming stage right now so all input is appreciated. RE: Tournament interest - IslandGeneral - 02-23-2012 I would totally be interested in a spww2 tourney. :) RE: Tournament interest - Volker - 02-24-2012 I think I would like to give it a go. I have never done a tournament but It sounds interesting. RE: Tournament interest - Gila - 02-24-2012 I'm up for any type of tourney,no matter what:) As long as it does not fade away,as many have recently. Good to see you back Chris! RE: Tournament interest - Weasel - 02-24-2012 I have been thinking about it and I think it will be Operation Barbarossa, 1941, no flags but hidden objectives for each force so players won't have to worry about unit quality and such, and you will never know what your enemy is after. Thanks to all for the feed back and interest. (02-24-2012, 09:35 AM)Gila Wrote: Good to see you back Chris! Thanks, glad to be back. Still don't want to play SP, but I did miss running the board.
