Game ethics question - Montana Grizz - 02-22-2009

When I joined this site a couple of years ago, one of the first things I learned was the no-no about using unloaded transports as spotters/blocking roads/etc.

Any transport with a weapon/offensive capabilities was excluded.

My question is about the American Jeep.

With few exceptions, it had no weapon, but was widely used as a recon vehicle.

Can one use the jeep as a spotter?

Thank you,

Pat

Hi Pat,

Some of the jeeps are armed & some can carry troops.

I think the ones that carry troops act the same way as empty trucks... you do not actually see the enemy, you just see a large question mark (?).

The armed jeeps are great for scouting.

Does this help?

Jack

As Jack said. Use the Jeep scout platoon to scout. The transport Jeep is simply to carry or tow things.

cheers

Ed
