PC Problems Resolved. I'm Back! - Kool Kat - 10-09-2008 My CS Opponents: My PC hard disk drive has been swapped out and CS reinstalled! Life is good! :smoke: All my games are back on! Jason & Co are a great bunch of folks! Jason and Matrix Games Support Staff: Many thanks to Erik Rutins, Matrix Games Help Desk, for his assistance in resolving my CS game technical issues! I submitted a Help Desk Support Ticket early Wednesday morning (10/8/2008). My original CS files had become corrupted when my hard disk drive started to fail and I was unable to restore from a backup CD-ROM. In less then 6 hours, Erik responded and recommended a specific procedure. We exchanged a few more emails so I could get details on the reinstall procedure. By 2PM I had reinstalled my original CS game files and had updated with the ver. 1.04 game patch! I was back up and playing CS again! :smoke: Thanks again to Erik and the Matrix Games Help Desk folks! :bow: Job well done... and much appreciated by this CS player!
