H2H Productions ratings question - Huib Versloot - 06-12-2006

I noticed that a scene should have an 8,5 (out of 10) average rating to be considered H2H worthy... Isn't that a bit too ambitious? I rarely rate any scenario higher than 8. I would say that an average rating of 6 or 7 to pass is more in place. In Holland our school rating go from 1 to 10. 10 is excellent while 6 is sufficient to pass, 8 is considered really good.

Now I'm almost forced to give some scenes a rating higher than 8,5 because they are worthy H2H scns IMO, but I would not given them such a rating had it been normal ladder games.

Thanks, Huib for your insight, as well as for your great scenarios

Please do not compare H2H rating to overal CS Ladder scenario ratings. In H2H Rating 10 means perfectly well designed, not the best scenario that ever been created.

We are more focused on technical side, not the feelings about scenario. Where of course the proper design is also a factor...

I hope that solves some misunderstandings
