German AAR/DAR section - Joonny - 06-15-2009 I got that cutoff platoon to what remains of the german line, about 3 platoons saved plus all but one MG, but some of the MGs at the front may be abandoned, i'm not sure on the rules. I kept quite a lot of the flags, about 4 small and one large, i think i should get away with a tactical defeat. I think KG Chuck may have to be deployed to this area. My collapse means it's imperitive you and cargol hold your AT assets and hold the line, we might be able to trap Ivan in the middle and then crush him! RE: NO RUSSIANS! German AAR/DAR section - cargol - 06-15-2009 North Battle is at turn 21 My opponent is moving very slowly, he had made some ground gains but from all my forces only one Plt is engaged. My casualties so far is 7 men out of the Plt which is currently fighting the Russkies. So far i ve identified 6 T34,5 Light Tanks and infantry markers of 2xCoys size aprox. Russkies have sustained some casualties from MG fire and my Plt has rout two of his inf teams. I think so far this battle is going our way as we have preserve the majority of our force gather accurate intel concerning enemy forces and so far we are holding the line. RE: NO RUSSIANS! German AAR/DAR section - Joonny - 06-15-2009 Cargol, enemy casualties are minimal, 1 t-70 fell foul of a grenade bundle that i'd snuck back into a building that had just been blown up. Probably caused a handful of inf casualties, saw one or two squads get pinned, don't think i saw any break. Herroberst advanced his armor first, but not within range of grenades and blasted all the buildings i was in to bits! I thought the factories would take more hits than they did. Yeah this zone will probably need KG chuck, do we get to buy more reinf on the next turn? RE: NO RUSSIANS! German AAR/DAR section - cargol - 06-15-2009 So far at Central and North Battle enemy force is consisting of (aprox) 5 Inf Coys,3 T34 Plt,2 T 70 Plts,1 KV Plt. German AAR/DAR section - Pvt. Sofronije - 06-15-2009 We'll see how much ground have we lost in the center. Even if cargol and I manage to hold the line we could find ourselves with exposed flanks! Especially if the enemy have the second wave ready they will certainly use this to their advantage. So, we'll probably have to consider new positions for the KG C and KG B... :chin: I'll report enemy strength in a minute... |
