My purchase of TOD during the winter sale had a ton of missing weapons and mis-identified or missing vehicles.
WDS support was kind enough to point me in the right direction for the missing graphics. These are located in the "Notes" folder  "Top down" graphics zip file. I've included the 2D side vehicles for the Map folder to replace the top-down vehicles.
For anyone else having this problem, here is a quick fix for missing graphics.

Use JSGME to install or copy and paste the files to the appropriate folder.

Thanks for that, it's a very neat fix, I had done it manually. Cant wait for this title to get the 4.03 treatment. I must start a game of it I haven't played this for ages.
