What exactly is reflected in the scenario rating?  Is the rating based just on enjoyment? What are the numbers in parenthesis?
Example: Campaign Waterloo -- 008 Battle of Ligny_h June 1815.  Rating 4.73 (3) -- What do these numbers mean? Is the rating just for enjoyment or does it take in other factors like balance?  I understand all the other categories.
It's the average rating given by players of the scenario, in this case, three players. Of the 21 games recorded on the Black Powder ladder, only three players bothered to rate it. If you click on the scenario link you can the details of the players ratings. In this case, one player rated it a zero, and two players rated it a 7 resulting in a 4.73 average.
Thanks for the reply. That really helps. The scenario was played 21 times and only three people rated it. Three people is not a very large sample so the scenario could be a lot better than 4.73. Anyway, thanks again.
