Recently reinstalled my JT Campaign Civil/Napoleon games and updated them from files I downloaded and saved from HPS.
 Wargame Design Studio has updated these titles. Do I have to repurchase these titles to get the current WDS updates?

No you should have been sent an email with your new download links and serial numbers. Or you can login to the new site and download your purchases which were converted over from JTS to WDS.
