In Middle East game, when you show visible or travel to Hexes it shows a purple overlay.  Does anyone have a mod where it shows a black out like in the original Campaign Series Games?

Under options go to Hex Highlights then click on hex shading.

Is this what you mean?

You can also try Options > Highlight Colors to change from purple to any of fifteen alternative color choices.
