Full Version: FWWC: possible to edit/mod movement points?

Messing about with the FWWC East Prussia scenario editor. Is it possible to edit/modify the amount of Movement Points that units start a turn with? If so, how to do it? Many thanks! :-)
The Speed value determines movement points. Speed x 6 =movement points at C quality (exceptions: Disrupted at night or Low on Fuel).

There is, as far as I can tell, no way to change the movement points to a specific number.
