Hi gentlemen,

I am a french player of John Tiller Naval campaigns and I am working on a little mod that allows to see more better ships and planes on map

Using this mod, player can immediatly see what are BB, BC, CL,CA etc on map

I will do the same for carriers and aircrafts  for Midway

Aircrafts in Midway are now more visibles (for the 3 zoom levels)

Fantastic!

I hope you will do this for Guadalcanal also.
Thanks. Of course, it will work for all opus (Midway, Guadalcanal, Tsushima & Jutland) Rolling Eyes (graphs files are the same : no problem)
Here is the "graph chart" of the mood (coming soon)

In the present screen, colors seems a little bit "flashy", but in game things are different, this "flashy effect" help more to better see ships and aircrafts

This mod will work for all JT Naval campaign games (Guadalcanal, Midway, Jutland, Tsushima, etc)

A good sample of bad effect of poor variety of graphs slot in these game is that : "status" is in yellow, but it covers lot of status situations : target, damaged, organization, etc

Result is that : when you have selected "show" organization, you may not use the right button command to designate targets for your ships and you may not see targets of your ships

I think the JT Naval campaign serie would need a free designer modder to be improved Big Grin : One graph slot for each type of ships would allow to distinguish BC,CA & CL ; one graph slot for each type of aircrafts would allow to distinguish on map aircrafts dog fighters, aircrafts with torpedo, aircrafts with bombs, etc

Beta of my Naval campaign mod is now ready :

http://www.mediafire.com/file/fftr9ulbwe...od.7z/file

I will try to improve it if needed
Readme is included

The compressed file is a 7z file : you have to use 7z, or winzip, or winrar, etc to open it

Looks really nice, but unfortunately when I clicked on the download my PC came under attack.
That's curious, never experimented any problem : I use Mediafire (I have an account) for my mods file.

Perhaps publicity ? (there are a lot on Mediafire)

In my case, I use Norton as anti-virus and Norton is very "hard-agressive", but I never experimented any problem on Mediafire

If necessary, I will update the mode files from another (I have a blog with upload function). Say me please if problem occurs again, I will change the place for the files

OK, the file did download despite the attempted intrusion, have installed into Jutland, very pleased with the transformation, thanks for sharing your mod.
Has anyone else had a similar experience.

I haven't uploaded the mod, into my game yet however, I did not experience anything abnormal when attempting to download the mod.
