Does anyone know what this yellow bar above the unit card's icon means? I do not recall ever seeing it before.

I believe it means the unit is spotted by enemy units?

Huh. No more binoculars? Those were pretty obvious in significance. This is just... vague. They really ought to mention it in the rules.

EDIT: It seems that you're right, and while it's in the rules under being spotted, a search for "yellow bar" comes up empty-handed.
