Found a small discrepancy.
The updated manual states that: "If a unit is from a Fragile Morale Nation (not A or B quality) and it is forced to retreat but it is unable to do so, then it is automatically eliminated instead."
But the changes.txt file states that: "Under this rule, Detached units have 2 subtracted from their morale When rallying instead of 1, and units which much retreat after an assault are automatically eliminated. However, this does not apply to A and B quality units."

I'm assuming that the manual is the correct version?
That is, Fragile units are only eliminated if they're unable to retreat. Sort of like the Optional Surrender rule from PzC, only without the Broken pre-requisite.
