I have had to replace my lap top but cannot find my serial numbers for some games. How can I recover them?

When in doubt, contact Rich and JTS support. Mex Big Grin

Yes, he will give you a stern lecture on backing the numbers up and then help you out. This happened to me last summer

The generic word processor. Check out the April 1981 issue of Byte magazine.
Send Rich a picture of your old Cd's or jewel cases and he will send you the serial numbersand if you have the JTS games I'm sure Rich will help you but you will have to copy the serial numbers
All your games purchased through JTS or HPS will be on record.
You really need to back things up, I try to back up about every 3-4 months.
This includes my downloads, pictures, music and documents which includes files containing my SN and passwords.
With the low cost of terrabyte external drives this is a fairly easy thing to do.
The biggest problem is the time involved with a usb drive but I just start the backup process and let it run while I do something else.
With backup on mine and my wife's pcs and the external drive I have 3 backups of everything.
On a more serious note, I print out the email's from JTS and put them in a three ring binder. I do that for all the software that I purchase.
