Looking for an allied opponent for this scenario:

#32 - Operation Crusader - Armor Phase (19-23 Nov 1941)

Was thinking these rules? I'm open to suggestions

Alternative Indirect fire
Alt Air strike
Alt Assault
Arty set up
Recon spotting
Low vis air effects
Night fatigue
VSP or Explicit supply
Prog weather
Limited air recon
