Recently bought this; never played any of the FWWC before.
I don't mind which side I play, but if you are experienced with FWWC, I would prefer the side that is slightly more forgiving for someone that has yet to figure out the tempo of France 14.
Also looking for some advice on whether or not any mods/optional rules should be played for balance.
One thing about me as a player: I like to play out unfavourable situations. You wont see me surrendering until the last reserves have been committed and failed.
