anybody try this before

now happens in 3 turns I loss around 50.000 men 

and non to the germans

I play bitter end 41-45

it is most be a bug 

I have heavy loss in 2 turns and non to the germans 

I Am in February 1942 
any have a clue ? 

Units suffer attrition losses each turn they are adjacent to the enemy; this represents patrolling, artillery barrages, disease etc.

I know now it was a blackout I did not see what I was doing
