Are you still looking for an opponent ? I have CMBN with the Commonwealth add-on, all updated to v4.00 (game engine 4) and I also have CM Black Sea - updated to v2.10 with game engine 4.
I would say that I am of medium skill level.
I prefer battles over QB, but am willing to learn a little about QB.
