I am Axis. Maginot was extended. I chose Eastern Crusade + Pre-War Builds. BUT I FORGOT TO CHOOSE "DECLARE WAR ON USSR". Also, I did NOT choose to have Barbarossa trigger early.
SO... I just finished turn 13, and still no sign of Barbarossa. Is it possible that Barbarossa will NOT trigger because I forgot to choose the above options????
