They are rough in translation from Panzer Leader to CS.
I'm not so sure how they will all work out. Some may need special rule restrictions to achieve balance.
PL being a paper war game lead me to think they would have some balance, due to being designed against "human" opponents. Some have been fun and some not so fun. Most not balanced.
On the bright side we do have Panzer Leader scenarios for those who do not board war game.
