I am sure someone posted in the past about doing this, maybe search for Linux in the Tiller Ops forums. I searched for Wine but didn't find it from that.

Im pretty sure all Tillers games will run in WINE. But Ive found 'Play on linux'(a wrapper for wine) a lot easier to configure.

Berto our coder for Panzer Battles managed to (easily) get Panzer Battles Normandy running on Wine;

I am actually running these games using Windows 7and Vmware on a desktop MAC, but I want to get a lap top for this too. I really don't want to buy a Windows 10 laptop or get another mac. So I am looking at linux laptops
