Found this on the internet (where else).   Supposedly taken by the grandfather of the guy who posted it,  I just found it interesting.  I can imagine a lot of towns in western Europe had knocked out tanks laying around for months if not years after the war.

I am continually amazed at how many WWII photos I have never seen before are out there on the internet.   Pinterest all by itself is an amazing WWII photo repository.

Certainly agree the plethora of new photos (well new for me)  that seem to  have appeared in recent years
Speaking of relics of the past just checking some of metal detecting videos on YouTube is a real eye opener of what can still be found especially in the east not too far under the ground
