Will HPS not update his Austerlitz and NRC?
The HPS Website has not long time been update! Cry
 
Can I update HPS Austerlitz and NRC to John Tiller standard Software for little Money or I have to buy the full game?

May I echo this question? It also applies to some ACW games.

May I echo this question? It also applies to some ACW games.

Please contact Support at JohnTillerSoftware dot com   -the support can assist you in getting the update on the JTS site to work on your HPS title(s) - goes for both Napoleonic Battles and Civil War Battles series.

Please contact Support at JohnTillerSoftware dot com   -the support can assist you in getting the update on the JTS site to work on your HPS title(s) - goes for both Napoleonic Battles and Civil War Battles series.

Still no answer!

Have patience. Rick Hamilton who usually handles the support has been wearing many hats, including working his new farm. ( Lord knows that's never-ending work) Given it's summe,  he's probably very busy. He is very good at getting back to people and it might take a few days, but he's a great individual and does his best to meet people's needs.

Morning, yep, juggling things as usual here!

For anyone wishing to update all you need to do is contact me at the support account and provide proof of purchase for your HPS titles. Best is an order confirmation email, or personal info so I can cross-reference the database. If you bought from a reseller and nor record  a picture of the physical cd will work too. There is no additional charge.
