How to create I this Campaign?

These are scenario files, not campaign files. Hope this helps.
I have found the original campaign (3 short battles) for the Teutoburg Forest. You can place these files in the Scenario folder and when opening up the game press the "Campaign " button to see these files. The first one in the series is Teutoburg Forest Day 2 Afternoon.
