Full Version: Antietam without hex sides?

Does anyone know where I could get a mod that does away with the 2D hex sides in Antietam? The new edges make it very easy to see contours, of course - and I understand why people might like them - but they spoil the natural look of these excellent maps, for me, and I could easily enough read the contours without. Recently, with a Panzer Campaigns title and PB Kursk 'Strela' was kind enough to post the original sideless hex files to give an option for doing without them. Anyone any idea how I could get those files?

Many thanks.

Peter
One thing - I did not add in the original files into the zip.

NB is undergoing the same process so if you would like that just lmk.

Fwiw: JTS has me working on graphics for them, although not in an art role (that is a bonus). The grand tactical titles are more my current area, although for all I know it might eventually extend to SB and possibly the air and naval titles.

Also, I can't say as I generally go around actively monitoring topics on boards.
Fantastic, Trauth116. Many thanks. Will try it at once.

I would like this option for napoleonics also, yes. But I think you already answered my post in that forum.

Congrats on your JTS involvement!

Peter

UPDATE: Tried and it seems to work great. A much more natural looking map, at the cost of being slightly harder to read the elevations. But I like it more that way. Many thanks again Trauth.
