When I move the cursor off the right side of the map or sometimes even when I try to click on the the right side buttons the scrolling just takes off. I'm all the way to the end of the map in a flash.
Is there a way to make the scrolling slower or to stop the scrolling from happening when you are over one of the buttons?

When you start the game using the game options menu go to the MISC tab and it will enable you to adjust "scroll sensitivity" and "scroll speed".
