How do WWII and MBT behave when installed on either Win7 and Win8? I still seem to have my original download version of WWII, but I think I would have to buy MBT perhaps SO I also wonder if in the latest version of the game I am finally able to set rally points for retreating squads so they don't perform their insane stunts and get obliterated as a result - something which haunted me some five years ago and even more before I started playing here.
The Shrapnel-version are working fine, although it's best to use Windowed-Mode and Desktop-Resolution which more or less is the same as Fullscreen.

And you should not install them in the default folder - Windows is messing with the files there...

There is a sticky post about Win7/8 issues in their forum:

Works fine on Windows 7 in full screen mode. Install directly to Program Files - this is now the default path in any case. Best to buy the CD Download for both - better graphics and Op Fire filter functionality (with Basic Security).
8.1 works fine too, full screen windowed 1920x1080 (but it doesn't look HD). Yes you can set the single rally point to where you like now.
Thanks guys.
