If you have been following the discussion in regards to the above two mentioned rockets, it appears that these weapons were indeed moved around the battlefield by infantry using a small hand cart. However, what was missing is a minimum range on the weapon, allowing it to be used for house clearing and such. After much research I found a couple of articles that described the minimum ranges for the rockets, 300m and 400m. I have created a custom OOB for Germany (SPOBAT016) which changes the ranges from 0 to 6 and 8 for the rockets. They can no longer be used for house clearing, but can be used to support the assault as they were intended.

Make sure you back up your OBAT before replacing it, both players must use the OBAT especially under full security
