Does anyone have any ideas on how to get these people/ bots to response to my issues?

I have tried 3 or 4 times to sent them a request to get the AotR editor per my purchase
and I haven't gotten a flippin' reply yet. But other people have gotten their request within
hours?

I sent you the link to download it on 10/17, Ed. Apparently AOL directed it elsewhere. Common for that ISP.
