I am trying to take screen shots with Windows 8 but keep on getting a shot of the desktop or another screen instead of the one inside of CMBN. What am I doing wrong?

I also have the problem.And I am using Win7 64 bit.That's why I use the program Frabs.http://www.fraps.com/
