Looking for an Allied opponent for the scenario '025. Napoleon's First Lunge to the North' (historical) and using Bill Peter's optional command rules.

I'm in no rush to start, would like to start at some point over next week as I'm still reviewing the scenario, tactics, etc.

I'm assuming this is Waterloo. Ever find an opponent? What are Bill Peter's command rules?

Its actually Campaign 1814, and the command rules can be found on this very forum!
